About the role

  • Technical Account Manager in cybersecurity supporting strategic clients with incident responses and security indicators. Involvement in crisis exercises and compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze and present indicators (KPIs/KRIs) and trend/progress dashboards for strategic clients;
  • Review, verify and present technical and executive reports, translating complex security operations for different stakeholder levels;
  • Support the incident response and digital forensics lifecycle, ensuring the Incident Response Plan (IRP) is followed, tested and maintained;
  • Design, elicit requirements and conduct Tabletop (TTX) exercises, developing realistic scenarios to test client readiness;
  • Analyze and optimize operational metrics such as MTTD (Mean Time to Detect) and MTTR (Mean Time to Respond);
  • Experience with SIEM and ITSM tools, as well as proficiency in defensive technologies (EDR/XDR, NGFW, WAF, NDR, ZTNA and Identity Management);
  • Hands-on mastery of MITRE ATT&CK for mapping attacker tactics and techniques;
  • Solid knowledge of frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001;
  • Strong concepts in detection engineering and defensive operations with the Blue Team;
  • Availability to travel and attend on-site client visits nationwide.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of quality methodologies and processes: Six Sigma and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit);
  • Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA CySA+ or ITIL;
  • Previous experience servicing strategic clients;
  • Experience with crisis exercises, TTX or management of real incidents;
  • Experience working in regulated environments or with high compliance requirements.
