About the role

Responsibilities

  • As a **Technical Account Manager** at Arrakis, you will sit at the intersection of our quant team, engineering, and clients.
  • You are responsible for **ensuring client strategies and integrations operate flawlessly**, while also contributing to the broader quant workflow by understanding, evaluating, and optimizing their liquidity strategies.
  • This is **not a sales-first role**. You will engage deeply with technical DeFi concepts, translate them into actionable client strategies, and ensure Arrakis’s infrastructure delivers operational excellence for our partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in **CS, Engineering, Math, Finance**, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years in **technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer-facing quantitative finance roles**.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi concepts: AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, impermanent loss, MEV, LVR.
  • Hands-on experience with **on-chain liquidity strategies** or trading/market-making infrastructure.
  • Web3 native, active DeFi user, keeps up with ecosystem trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a **fast-paced, technically demanding environment**.
  • **Nice-to-Have / Bonus**
  • Worked at a DeFi protocol or market-making infrastructure project.
  • Coding/scripting experience in Rust, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
