About the role

  • MSP Account Manager with experience in managing client accounts and renewals. Leading upgrades and maintaining organized client documentation within ConnectWise Manage.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of MSP client accounts end-to-end
  • Manage renewals, agreements, seat changes, and service alignment
  • Keep accounts organized and documented inside ConnectWise
  • Identify and close upgrades (security, users, projects, standardization)

Requirements

  • 3+ years MSP Account Management / TAM / vCIO / Client Success experience
  • Strong experience with ConnectWise Manage (required)
  • Strong experience with Quoter (required)
  • Proven ability to manage renewals + agreements and drive account upgrades
  • Professional communication and follow-through
