About the role

  • Join Arting Digital as a Technical Account Manager in Mumbai. Act as trusted advisor for key clients, managing relationships and delivering technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance related to web technologies and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Manage account health, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and client reviews.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries in a hybrid work setup.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL / database concepts.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues related to web applications and databases.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
