About the role

  • Technical Account Manager responsible for managing strategic customer relationships in automotive benchmarking and data analytics. Driving customer success and leveraging a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer needs into actionable insights
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify risks and expansion opportunities
  • Proactively manage customer pain points and escalation situations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams
  • Promote the value of A2MAC1 products, analytics tools, and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and usage data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international, and fast-moving environment
  • Fluent German (native or near-native level) and fluent English are mandatory
