About the role

  • Senior HR Operations Specialist managing HR processes from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborating with HR departments and ensuring compliance with labor laws at TeamViewer.

Responsibilities

  • Join our HR team as a Senior HR Operations Specialist (all genders) and serve as a key advisor to managers and employees across Germany and EMEA.
  • Manage HR processes from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining HR data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, lead projects, and drive process improvements.
  • Act as a knowledgeable, service-oriented point of contact for managers, employees, and HR Operations Specialists on all HR-related matters (Germany and EMEA) and company-specific HR processes and standards (global).
  • Coordinate the administrative handling of employee onboarding and offboarding (employment contracts, warnings, terminations, and separation agreements) and manage documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (maternity leave, parental leave, contract amendments).
  • Independently review and sign documents and agreements within the scope of your delegated authority.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy across global locations through regular audits and feedback cycles, and prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for various departments.
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and provide HR-related data for internal and external reporting.
  • Work closely with other HR functions including Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
  • Own HR projects and lead the continuous improvement of internal departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional HR experience, ideally in an HR generalist role or as a senior HR administrator
  • Solid knowledge of German labor and social security law, and a good understanding of legal requirements across EMEA
  • Experience with HR software, ideally SAP HCM
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of self-initiative
  • Confidence in taking responsibility and ownership
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive data
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
