Junior Sales Manager in Ausschreibungsmanagement, collaborating with teams for a healthcare platform. Ensuring proposal processes and stakeholder communication in a dynamic scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Project Management, IT, Development) and external partners to develop solution concepts based on tender requirements, ensuring smooth information flow.
You will be responsible for the entire tender process – from the initial screening of tender documents to the final submission of proposals.
You will plan and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular coordination calls with internal and external stakeholders.
You will compile and prepare all relevant documentation, cover letters, reference data, and pricing sheets. You will also edit and structure content into clear, customer-specific proposals.
You will review tender conditions (e.g. VgV, VOL), identify requirements and risks, and derive appropriate measures.
You will ensure that all tender documentation is complete, submitted on time, and provided in the required format.
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology, or a comparable field of study
Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of empathy for customer needs
Technical understanding of IT and medical-technology solutions
Strong analytical skills and organizational talent
Ability to implement complex requirements in a structured and solution-oriented manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
