Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Analyze the client's current situation to strategically position the solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in both current and potential accounts
Identify client needs and challenges to design and propose differentiated solutions
Actively participate in preparing all necessary documentation for public tenders and commercial offers
Manage high-value healthcare projects in the North area, coordinating with all internal interlocutors
Develop a deep knowledge of the product portfolio and effectively communicate features, benefits, and applications to potential clients
Implement defined activities and strategies to achieve annual objectives, gain market share, and meet strategic KPIs
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish is essential
Location in Galicia
Open to travel around 20% of the time
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consultative sales in the commercial field within the Health Sector or similar
Degree in Health Sciences or similar
Knowledge of Health Administration and public tenders/bids
Knowledge of office automation tools and CRM solutions for commercial management
Organized, proactive, analytical person with communication skills and adaptability in a constantly changing sector
