  • Payroll / HR Specialist focused on data consolidation and payroll processing in a family-owned company. Collaborating on cross-functional HR projects and employee surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidation of data and preparation of meaningful reports and statistical analyses
  • Handling complex tasks as well as analyzing and automating data using MS Excel
  • Responsibility for monthly payroll processing
  • Supporting cross-functional HR projects, including advising on best practices
  • Participation in employee surveys (data preparation, analysis and submission)

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of payroll and HR systems
  • Solid knowledge of tax, social security and collective bargaining law
  • Very good English skills (desirable)
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office and Excel
