About the role
- Payroll Analyst providing high-quality technical support for Sprout's software. Responsible for resolving technical issues and supporting a wide range of technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support for Sprout's software
- Deliver effective technical customer support to our customer base
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with Development team
- Resolving escalated customer complaints
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot and modify software solutions
- Analyzing production issues and outlining corrective actions
- Communicate with Customer Support to enhance understanding of customer problems.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science of Human Resources Management, Accounting or relevant field
- With at least two (2) years of work experience in Philippine Payroll
- Excellent analytical skills
- Deep knowledge of payroll and tax regulations
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel user
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
