About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing payroll processing and compliance for Calderys. Involved in audits, employee benefits, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage time and attendance data, overtime, shift work, and leave calculations
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, social security, and tax regulations
  • Prepare statutory payroll reports, declarations, and submissions
  • Maintain payroll data accuracy in payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Logo, or similar)
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll processes
  • Respond to employee payroll-related questions and requests
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations
  • Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Logo or similar preferred)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Good command of English is an asset.
