About the role

  • Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and GTM roles at Synthflow AI. Collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product, Data, AI/ML) and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, RevOps)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple functions
  • Run structured interview processes and help ensure consistent, high-signal hiring decisions
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, from first outreach through offer and close
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both technical and GTM functions
  • Collaborate with People Ops on hiring processes, tooling, and continuous improvement
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, candidate quality)

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech startups
  • Proven experience recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess talent with hiring managers
  • Experience hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, Growth, or Customer Success
  • Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and context-switch across multiple role types
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes as you go
