  • Must have handled Walkin drives
  • Must have experience in contact center hiring roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling recruitment documentation and candidate information
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment related software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment partners, hiring managers, and other team members
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
