About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Field Service Engineers and other operational positions
  • Engage deeply with hiring teams to understand technical requirements
  • Drive proactive sourcing and deliver market insights on talent strategies
  • Support workforce planning and build pipelines for recurring roles
  • Work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational priorities
  • Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs and industry forums

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting technical and/or field service talent
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Ability to understand technical job profiles
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, any additional language is a plus
