About the role

  • Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at MAHLE, managing sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategies aligned with global processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full regional talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Lead the Sourcing, Recruiting, and Onboarding team
  • Ensure alignment with defined global strategy
  • Translate global concepts into effective regional processes
  • Implement strategies tailored to North America
  • Attract, identify, and secure the best talent for the region
  • Ensure an outstanding internal and external candidate experience
  • Oversee all key initiatives and act as a strategic partner to the business
  • Guide regional stakeholders and maintain strong collaboration with global CoE
  • Steer continuous improvement in processes, tools, governance, and talent‑broking activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
  • Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred
  • Project planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Social media and digital recruiting expertise
