About the role

  • Recruiter overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for a global lifestyle management leader. Collaboration with Hiring Managers to create effective job adverts and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company’s needs, create job adverts and develop effective recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the Ten’s goals, values and standards
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and update internal job descriptions and job specifications for all new roles
  • Create external job adverts that give a clear overview of both the company and the role
  • Proactively source candidates from various channels, maximising the use of online recruitment platforms
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to support the talent acquisition process
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the pre-employment screening and offer process
  • Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new technologies in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
  • Strong experience with candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary/project-based role
  • Advanced or fluent English
