About the role
- Recruiter overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for a global lifestyle management leader. Collaboration with Hiring Managers to create effective job adverts and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company’s needs, create job adverts and develop effective recruitment campaigns
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the Ten’s goals, values and standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and update internal job descriptions and job specifications for all new roles
- Create external job adverts that give a clear overview of both the company and the role
- Proactively source candidates from various channels, maximising the use of online recruitment platforms
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to support the talent acquisition process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the pre-employment screening and offer process
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new technologies in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary/project-based role
- Advanced or fluent English
