Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of our platform and the various hotel locations.
Manage availabilities and process bookings on our platform promptly and efficiently.
Provide daily support to our customer service team, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Actively acquire and sell available swimming sessions to new and existing customers.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the functionality of our service platform.
Maintain regular communication with swimming coaches to ensure smooth coordination for coaches, hotels, and customers.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in operations management, ideally in the leisure, tourism, or sports sectors.
Strong organizational skills and self‑initiative.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Fluent German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
Confident with MS Office and common booking platforms, and competent in using other computer software.
