About the role

  • Kundenbetreuung in der Sylter Swim Academy für Hotelgäste und Privatpersonen. Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs und Unterstützung des Kundenservices in Sylt und Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of our platform and the various hotel locations.
  • Manage availabilities and process bookings on our platform promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide daily support to our customer service team, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Actively acquire and sell available swimming sessions to new and existing customers.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the functionality of our service platform.
  • Maintain regular communication with swimming coaches to ensure smooth coordination for coaches, hotels, and customers.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in operations management, ideally in the leisure, tourism, or sports sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and self‑initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
  • Confident with MS Office and common booking platforms, and competent in using other computer software.
