Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and security.
Support LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and cloud-connected environments.
Diagnose and resolve VPN, VoIP, and remote access issues.
Configure and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure environments.
Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
Provide Level 2/3 IT support for system, network, and software issues.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Group Policy.
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Experience troubleshooting Windows laptops, Apple devices, printers, and network connectivity.
Proficiency supporting Microsoft Access databases.
Advanced experience with Excel macros and pivot tables.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, especially when conducting IT audits and reviewing system configurations.
