About the role

  • Customer service representative at Sylter Swim Academy managing operations and customer experience for the swimming lesson platform in Sylt and Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of our platform and the various hotel locations.
  • Manage availabilities and process bookings on our platform promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide daily support to our customer service team, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively acquire and sell available swim sessions to new and existing customers.
  • Actively support the maintenance and improvement of the functionality of our service platform.
  • Maintain regular communication with swim instructors to ensure smooth operations for instructors, hotels, and customers.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in operations management, ideally in the leisure, tourism, or sports industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and common booking platforms, and competence with other computer software.
