About the role

  • HR Consultant managing payroll and guiding employees and managers through HR matters. Working in a service company focused on energy and supply sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll using the P&I LogaHR HR management software
  • Organize and implement HR projects
  • Support and advise employees and managers on all personnel matters and their implementation
  • Support employees during the transition to retirement
  • Serve as the contact for external service providers, clients, health insurance funds, the tax office and other authorities
  • Carry out operational HR activities
  • Prepare HR-related documents in compliance with labor and collective bargaining regulations
  • Reporting and preparation of statistics and reports
  • Perform annual closing tasks (year-end processes)
  • Prepare personnel cost projections

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with several years of experience in HR
  • Expertise or long-standing experience in payroll (preferably in the public sector) and in tax and social security law
  • IT-savvy with strong user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), ideally with experience in P&I LogaHR
  • Structured, analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player, flexible and able to work independently
  • Absolute confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data are a matter of course
