Responsibilities
Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, build rapport with property manager
Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
Educate on our services and book repairs
Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
Requirements
Strong rapport skills and persistence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided
