  • Director of US marketing strategies for Basil Hayden at Suntory Global Spirits. Leading brand's growth through impactful marketing in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, deployment, and financial delivery of Annual Operating Plan across the Basil Hayden portfolio
  • Lead the US Basil Hayden portfolio strategy
  • Lead performance management, evaluation, diagnosis, and associated action planning
  • Accountable for raising any above-threshold variations to plan
  • Develop & align on gap fill programs
  • Lead the in-market execution of new product launches
  • Build robust programming that drives portfolio growth
  • Ensure timely communication flow to the Field Marketing team
  • Provide detailed marketing briefs to Commercial Marketing team

Requirements

  • 10+ years consumer marketing experience with premium, luxury goods
  • Experience leading smaller growth brands and helping to scale
  • Proven ability to execute flawlessly on brand/marketing projects
  • Strong understanding of how to build brands that intersect with culturally relevant moments
  • Experience repositioning of brands locally
  • Acumen and experience building marketing plans with digital at the center
  • Experience working across and up within the organization
  • Strong collaborator across teams and functions
  • Multicultural marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with beverage alcohol industry a plus
  • Flawless communication skills
