About the role

  • Senior Director managing development and implementation of integrated care management programs at IEHP. Focusing on person-centered care that addresses medical, behavioral, and social needs historically underserved populations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement an integrated care management program that focuses on a person-centered model of care which takes in to account the member’s medical, behavioral, and social needs.
  • Partner in the development of interventions in the communities to address the social determinants of health that impact the quality of our members lives.
  • Ensure all private and government program regulations and requirements are met.
  • Commitment to incorporate IEHP’s Quality Program goals including, but not limited to, HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in managed care setting that serves the Medicaid population and/or similar populations.
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressive healthcare leadership.
  • Strong clinical experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team at a leadership level.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution required.
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered license in one of the following areas required : Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California BRN Licensed Clinical Social Work or Licensed Marriage Family Therapy issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
