Responsibilities
Drives Portfolio and BU level reporting on initiative health and block funding requirements/planning
Partners and collaborates with Leadership and Key Stakeholders to develop annual Key Initiative plan inputs and ongoing financial view
Partner with Business Leaders and Journey Platform owners to maintain and update portfolio roadmaps, prioritize deliverables and manage backlogs
Create and deliver stakeholder communications for ongoing priorities, including status updates, roadmap, dependencies, pressure points and key decisions requiring alignment
Lead and drive the intake and assessment of new ideas to the BPM funnel, guiding and supporting the Prep Group in analysis and decision making
Support the AVP, Business Portfolio Management with events and ceremonies (e.g. bi-weekly Portfolio and Platform reviews, Execution Group)
Leads a team of Portfolio Manager/Analysts responsible for Portfolio financial analysis and portfolio administration activities
Requirements
3 to 5 years of portfolio management experience at the management level
Experience in digital and large company transformations
Experience in scaled agile environments with multi-layer operating models
History of process ownership, continual process improvement and lean process design
Portfolio level financial management and reporting
Enterprise initiative reporting
Experience in applying OKRs as drivers of work prioritization within a portfolio backlog
Experience in process design/evolution
Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, combined with strong business sense
Ability to lead and manage work streams and multiple projects concurrently
The ability to effectively influence people to all levels in a fast-moving environment
Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
