About the role

  • Director of Strategy Pricing & Interchange at Mastercard focusing on strengthening pricing strategies and collaborative projects across Europe with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and design opportunities to strengthen the economics of Mastercard’s products and services
  • Identify revenue enhancement initiatives to support MCE revenue growth
  • Make holistic assessments on the different initiatives
  • Run financial impact simulations on country, product and customer level
  • Prepare recommendations and necessary materials for decision making purpose and present recommendations to Senior Management
  • Collaborate closely with regional and country management in his/her sub-region
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent Europe in global customer economics projects

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbally and written)
  • Customer oriented with a high sense of accountability and urgency
  • Strong drive and curiosity to learn
  • Strong team player, hands-on, with a good sense of humor
