Responsibilities
Managing the implementation lifecycle for Dayforce programs from bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation review
Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client
Offering experience within HR/Talent/WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership
Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues
Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, customer satisfaction and where required project oversight working with a Manager or Senior Manager level Engagement Managers
Leading and supporting blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
Requirements
Full lifecycle project management experience implementing Dayforce within a consulting and/or IT services environment
Direct experience implementing Dayforce, ADP, Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
Proven track record of business development skills
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
Demonstrable success in identifying and taking appropriate action on opportunities for additional business
