Responsibilities

  • Resolve advisor inquiries with a client-centered approach
  • Prioritize work to meet market deadlines for deposits and withdrawals
  • Navigate complex cases using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively via email and phone with Advisors
  • Act as an escalation point, taking ownership of cases
  • Support quality checks and reconciliation of work through control reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and improve processes

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required
  • University/College diploma
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Interest in understanding how the business works
