Responsibilities

  • Manage and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify and resolve issues related to purchase orders
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail while managing and tracking PO entries
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and PO procedures
  • Process and follow up on purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on PO statuses and resolutions to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Utilize internal systems to track and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Ensure all PO entry processes and handling meet established quality and performance standards
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and support as required
