Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and PO procedures
Process and follow up on purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Provide accurate and timely updates on PO statuses and resolutions to internal teams and stakeholders
Utilize internal systems to track and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company standards
Ensure all PO entry processes and handling meet established quality and performance standards
Perform additional administrative tasks and support as required
