Responsibilities
End-to-end order processing: You are responsible for complete order administration – from order entry through processing to follow-up.
Structured data maintenance: You ensure accurate maintenance of master data and thus make an important contribution to a smooth production process.
Technical coordination: You clarify technical details directly with operations management and actively support the technical implementation of our projects.
Interface coordination: You work closely with field sales, the central estimating/costing department and the complaints department to ensure optimal customer service.
Customer care & complaint handling: You provide comprehensive customer support, handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented, and serve as a competent contact for pricing, delivery dates and technical inquiries.
Requirements
Degree in Printing and Media Technology or completed vocational training as a Media Technologist – Print (m/f/d) or similar
Several years of experience in the printing industry, ideally supplemented by customer service experience in the pressure-sensitive/self-adhesive labels sector
Confident use of IT systems, especially MS Office
Strong communication skills, team orientation as well as a high degree of flexibility and reliability
Independent and responsible way of working and a high level of commitment
