  • Supporting AMN's Labor Disruption Operations team during work stoppage events
  • Assisting with housing assignments and support for clinicians
  • Communicating and coordinating with travel vendor drivers
  • Arranging necessary travel needs for clinicians
  • Addressing requests and resolving complaints

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years in a fast paced, externally facing customer support department
  • Preferred emphasis in travel, customer service, or sales operations
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
