About the role

  • Service client support role dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to product evolution at Evoliz. Handling complex customer inquiries and providing analytical support for product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests via chat, email and phone.
  • Address customer inquiries that require analysis, understanding and human support.
  • Advise and assist customers in understanding features and making appropriate usage choices.
  • Report recurring suggestions and needs to the product team.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A pedagogical approach and patience
  • Good knowledge of IT and the web
  • Sufficient business/management understanding to grasp billing and clients’ financial tracking issues
  • Curiosity about digital tools and innovation
  • Bonus: Product sensibility and an interest in AI
