  • Manage HRIS, employee records, and documentation
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy adherence
  • Deliver HR reporting, audits, and process improvements
  • Ensure operational consistency across regional offices
