About the role

  • HR Coordinator supporting onboarding and maintaining team member records in hybrid environment. Handling administrative tasks and occasional office management in a fast-paced culture.

Responsibilities

  • Team Member Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding tasks including background checks, I-9 verification, and system setup. Support offboarding processes including exit paperwork and offboarding logistics.
  • HRIS & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records in HR systems, including auditing each HRIS system quarterly.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare HR-related documents, assist with employment verifications, track team members’ leaves and benefit changes, and assist with benefit billing.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate HR monthly and quarterly reports, maintain organized records and support yearly audits.
  • Project Support: Provide project support to HR team including creating creatives, handbook updates, and help coordinate team member engagement initiatives.
  • Office Management: Support smooth day-to-day operations including management of office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests and serving as the primary point of contact for office vendors.
  • Event & Logistics Support: Help coordinate on-site meetings, celebrations and small team events, ensuring all logistics, supplies and setup are handled efficiently.

Requirements

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in HR administration experience.
  • You are familiar with HRIS systems HR/admin tools (BambooHR is a plus!).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel and Word).
  • You have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You have great communication skills.
  • You have an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
