Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with a background in psychology, education or another relevant field
Affinity for the technical implementation of processes
(Initial) experience with Asana, HubSpot, Slack and MS Office as well as LMS
Organizational talent and process optimization skills
Communication skills and empathy when working with participants and clients
Customer support experience is an advantage
Experience with subsidized training programs and contact with the employment agency is an advantage
