About the role

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our training programs
  • Support participants on their learning journey
  • Coordinate collaboration between participants, internal departments and corporate clients
  • Organizational and administrative management of training activities
  • Continuous optimization of processes and workflows
  • Planning and organizing training schedules
  • Project responsibility and support with technical and organizational questions
  • Advising on the design of new training content and formats

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with a background in psychology, education or another relevant field
  • Affinity for the technical implementation of processes
  • (Initial) experience with Asana, HubSpot, Slack and MS Office as well as LMS
  • Organizational talent and process optimization skills
  • Communication skills and empathy when working with participants and clients
  • Customer support experience is an advantage
  • Experience with subsidized training programs and contact with the employment agency is an advantage
