About the role

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned locations and business functions;• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and enhance employee engagement;• Advise management on policy interpretation, employee relations, and performance management;• Support organizational change and acquisition integration efforts to ensure alignment and consistency;• Collaborate with HR leadership on company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, goal-setting, compensation, and engagement programs;• Work closely with Payroll and Benefits to resolve employee inquiries and maintain data accuracy;• Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding;• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions;• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, development planning, and workplace best practices;• Lead or support HR projects related to policy updates, process improvements, and training initiatives;• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions;• Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion;• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees alike;• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred;• Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner role supporting multi-site operations;• Proficient in HRIS (Paylocity preferred) with strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws;• Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management;• Experience using HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions;• Working knowledge of compensation, benefits, and merit programs.
