Responsibilities
Support in personnel administration, preparing employment contracts and maintaining HR data
Proactively work on optimizing processes and making them more digital
Administration and maintenance of time tracking and the HR ticketing system
Support in the recruiting process – from job postings to the Welcome Day
Participation in local and international HR projects
Assist in implementing international corporate policies and processes
Contribute your own ideas to further develop our HR activities and make them future-ready
Requirements
Completed commercial qualification (degree, HAK, etc.), ideally with a focus on personnel/HR management
Initial professional experience in HR or knowledge of Austrian labour law is a plus
Affinity for digitalization and enthusiasm for rethinking processes
Enjoy working with people, strong service orientation, and a communicative, friendly manner
Very good German and English skills
