About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in personnel administration, preparing employment contracts and maintaining HR data
- Proactively work on optimizing processes and making them more digital
- Administration and maintenance of time tracking and the HR ticketing system
- Support in the recruiting process – from job postings to the Welcome Day
- Participation in local and international HR projects
- Assist in implementing international corporate policies and processes
- Contribute your own ideas to further develop our HR activities and make them future-ready
Requirements
- Completed commercial qualification (degree, HAK, etc.), ideally with a focus on personnel/HR management
- Initial professional experience in HR or knowledge of Austrian labour law is a plus
- Affinity for digitalization and enthusiasm for rethinking processes
- Enjoy working with people, strong service orientation, and a communicative, friendly manner
- Very good German and English skills
