About the role

  • Recruitment Manager leading a team and building recruitment operations in a growing agency. Overseeing business development while shaping company strategy and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients
  • Hire, onboard, and train a recruitment team
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
  • Work closely with senior management to define pricing, positioning, and growth strategy
  • Personally manage key roles and clients, especially in the early stages
  • Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and best practices
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and client management
  • Create a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment
  • Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment
  • Strong business development experience within recruitment
  • Ability to build processes and structure from scratch
  • Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience scaling a recruitment division
  • Existing client network
