Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and secure new clients
Hire, onboard, and train a recruitment team
Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
Work closely with senior management to define pricing, positioning, and growth strategy
Personally manage key roles and clients, especially in the early stages
Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and best practices
Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and client management
Create a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment
Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment
Strong business development experience within recruitment
Ability to build processes and structure from scratch
Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team
