Responsibilities

  • Operate CRM relationship flows and journeys
  • Create, schedule and send CRM communications
  • Support customer base segmentation and audience organization
  • Ensure send quality (lists, rules, scheduling, validations)
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
  • Support A/B testing and continuous optimizations
  • Collaborate with teams such as Commercial/Sales, Marketing, Technology and Data
  • Provide insights to evolve the CRM strategy

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM or communication automation (internship or junior position)
  • Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in learning and developing in the CRM area
  • Basic knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing or data analysis
  • Interest in technology, data and innovation
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (platform used in our day-to-day)
