Responsibilities
Support the account manager/CRM in controlling and organizing day-to-day requests;
Review briefs, organize activities and monitor schedules and delivery statuses;
Serve as the interface between the business, operations and creative teams to align requests and campaigns;
Monitor approval workflows for creatives and CRM materials, ensuring deadlines and alignments;
Assist in organizing and executing CRM campaigns using available tools;
Track ongoing campaigns and support in consolidating information and results;
Participate in alignment and project status meetings for the projects under your responsibility.
Requirements
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with task or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello or similar) is desirable;
Previous experience in CRM or digital marketing will be considered a differential.
