Experienced Talent Resourcer supporting recruitment efforts at Solirius Reply. Focused on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for diverse hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements.
Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research
Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages
Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing
Strong research and internet sourcing skills
Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience in in-house recruitment (preferrable)
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices
