About the role

  • Experienced Talent Resourcer supporting recruitment efforts at Solirius Reply. Focused on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for diverse hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research
  • Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages
  • Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing
  • Strong research and internet sourcing skills
  • Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in in-house recruitment (preferrable)
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
  • Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices
