Responsibilities
Be responsible for the contracted sales of Audatex estimation systems and other products, etc.
The main customer groups include branches of insurance companies, 4S stores, high-end comprehensive repair shops, insurance agency companies, third-party institutions, etc.
Be responsible for introducing the product value before the customer signs the contract, demonstrating the product operation and conducting data testing, and providing pre-sale support for the signing.
Provide after-sales training to the customers, onsite support, feedback the problems in the process of product use and coordinate internal and external resources, increase customer stickiness, thus improve the customer use Audatex system experience and transaction increase.
Team together with sale manager, with complete regional pilot projects.
Requirements
Understand the process of insurance companies from claim to case closure as well as the after-sales operation process of auto 4S stores, and have a certain professional background in insurance or auto after-sales service.
Worked as a service supervisor in 4 s shop as a claims the director or insurance company is preferred;
Strong sense of sales and a certain after-sales service consciousness;
Good communication skills and presentation skills, good at organize and coordinate internal and external relations, proactive, can bear more than 50% of the business work;
Can operate the Office software skilled, and can use EXCEL to do some data analysis work;
