About the role

  • Junior People Operations responsible for administrative HR tasks and maintaining employee records at iCliGo. Ensuring compliance and supporting payroll activities within the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior People Operations, you will be the first point of contact for administrative and operational HR-related matters for employees and partners.
  • Ensure the efficient execution of internal processes and support the day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain accurate people data, ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, and support payroll activities.
  • Support the People Operations team in maintaining and updating operational guidelines and internal procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Organize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of employee records and personnel documentation.
  • Update and manage internal HR databases (e.g., vacation balances, absences, and leaves of absence).
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract amendments, and other materials related to new hires and employee lifecycle events.
  • Support communication and coordination with external partners, such as insurance providers and other HR vendors.
  • Assist with payroll processing by ensuring HR systems are updated with all relevant employee information (e.g., sick leave, parental leave, unpaid leave).
  • Support ticket management on our service desk.
  • Provide administrative support across recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in People Operations, Human Resources Administration, or similar roles.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Human Resources management software, Primavera, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labour/labor legislation and HR administrative practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and support continuous process optimization.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced, and multitasking environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
