Responsibilities
Management and coordination of all personnel development measures for Mannesmann Precision Tubes GmbH
Support for various personnel development and organizational development projects within the Mannesmann Precision Tubes Group and the Steel Processing business unit
Pre- and post-program support for all FORWARD programs of SZAG
Advising on training and development measures
Designing and delivering internal training programs
Implementing training controlling (developing and maintaining statistics on participation and costs)
Administration and reporting
Preparation of presentations
Conducting and/or organizing internal knowledge transfer initiatives
Support for initial vocational training and employee support
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or degree with additional qualification in HR (personnel development, coaching, train-the-trainer)
Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law desirable
Several years of professional experience in the required areas
Excellent Office 365 skills, good SAP knowledge
Very good command of English
Strong communication skills, reliability and trustworthiness
Flexibility and resilience combined with a confident demeanor
Ability to work in a team
