- Act as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist vital to recruitment strategy
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs
- Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for team members
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple locations
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through communication and professionalism
- Collaborate with department leaders to align recruitment strategies
- Own and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
- Energized by collaboration through travel to other locations (25% of the time)
