Responsibilities
Act as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist vital to recruitment strategy
Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs
Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists
Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for team members
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple locations
Ensure a smooth candidate experience through communication and professionalism
Collaborate with department leaders to align recruitment strategies
Own and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Must possess a high level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
Energized by collaboration through travel to other locations (25% of the time)
