About the role

  • Act as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist vital to recruitment strategy
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs
  • Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for team members
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple locations
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience through communication and professionalism
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align recruitment strategies
  • Own and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Energized by collaboration through travel to other locations (25% of the time)
