About the role

  • Distribution Partnerships Executive part of the team driving growth for SkyShowtime in Spain and Portugal. Responsible for securing and managing partnership deals and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Distribution & Partnerships team across a wide range of tasks in achieving revenue targets, subscriber volumes, and business objectives in our three key B2B pillars: MVPDs, Pay TV Linear Channels, and Non-Traditional partnerships.
  • Conduct distribution-related analyses, prepare commercial proposals, and create presentations to support internal deal approvals.
  • Build financial models that incorporate KPIs such as ARPU, CPS, LTV, CAC, CVR, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities with current partners through the analysis of subscriber reports, sales numbers, financial performance and other relevant data.
  • Analyse and deliver actionable insights about our content viewing performance across partners that could influence the various editorial teams.
  • Prepare reports for management and partners to support and influence our commercial strategy.
  • Contribute to modelling revenue forecasts and performance reports for the region and provide regular updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as collecting and processing monthly subscriber data and providing billing information to the Finance teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other regional Distribution & Partnerships team members and various business areas to successfully launch or nurture partner relationships.
  • Monitor and analyse TV market trends, MVPD packages and pricing changes, competitors, technology trends and regulations that could influence our commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience preparing business-plan models, sales-revenue forecasts and developing compelling sales decks.
  • Good understanding of the regional media landscape, especially the streaming industry.
  • A strong and resilient commercial mindset, with the ability to translate strategic and commercial insights into successful business results.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business-oriented approach with a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to adapt rapidly and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment and across multifunctional and international teams.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish with excellent oral and writing skills. A strong preference for additional Portugese language capabilities.
