About the role

  • Junior Account Manager driving performance across core industries for a B2B tech platform. Collaborating with international partners and contributing to business growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high satisfaction while maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Onboard new business partners and ensure a smooth and timely start with them.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and support negotiations with partners.
  • Proactively share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and better serve our partners’ needs.
  • Work actively on expanding your customer portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of your accounts and projects, managing them end-to-end.
  • Optimize our brand setup for exceptional performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Work with industry-leading brands, driving high-quality lead generation.

Requirements

  • First experience in account management or performance marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus).
  • Comfortable to pitch - on the phone, on a video call or in person.
  • Explaining products, commissions and market relations in easy-to-understand terms and adapting your pitch to the world and viewpoint of your target audience.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English (German skills are a plus).
