Responsibilities
Manage and grow global strategic partnerships with key payment providers, including local payment methods, card networks, acquirers, and financial institutions
Lead or support high-value negotiations, drive commercial alignment, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with partners
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to deliver partnership-driven initiatives
Identify and execute on commercial opportunities to expand revenue, improve performance, and optimise costs across the payment ecosystem
Represent PPRO in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and strategic partner meetings
Monitor partner and market performance, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and commercial planning
Contribute to global initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts that enhance PPRO’s positioning and operational excellence
Requirements
Extensive experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, ideally with a focus on strategic partnerships, acquiring, or local payment methods
Proven success managing complex partner relationships across multiple regions and cultures
Strong commercial mindset with experience in contract negotiation and supplier engagement
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
