About the role

  • Account Manager enhancing client retention and growing portfolios at CloudTalk, focusing on strategic renewals and upselling in AI business communications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Account Expansion: Identify organic growth opportunities, boost platform adoption, and introduce premium add-ons to your existing portfolio.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the ultimate advocate for your clients internally, while successfully representing CloudTalk's vision and value proposition to your accounts.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with our Product, Support, and Customer Engineering teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Forge Executive Ties: Cultivate resilient, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels of a client's organization.

Requirements

  • Language: Professional fluency required in both English and Spanish.
  • Work Model: Hybrid. You will be collaborating with the team in our Toronto office 3 days a week.
