About the role

  • Customer service representative handling the Berlin/Brandenburg customer base for a family business. Offering support and solutions while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for an assigned customer base
  • You provide customer support by phone and in person
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
  • You are responsible for the Berlin/Brandenburg region

Requirements

  • You are outgoing, communicative, and have a commercial mindset with a service-oriented approach
  • You are a team player and appreciate the environment of a family-owned company with good development opportunities and flat hierarchies
  • You have a valid Class B driving licence
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer service or another role within the healthcare sector
  • A commercial or other vocational qualification would round off your profile perfectly
