About the role

  • Teamlead for People Experience focusing on digital innovation at OPUS and someday. Leading HR processes and managing the People Experience team with a focus on efficiency and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Further development, standardization, and optimization of people processes with a focus on efficiency, service orientation, and digital solutions
  • Identification and implementation of automation and digitalization potentials (e.g., self-services, chatbots, AI applications)
  • Integration and further development of people tools (including Personio)
  • Support in expanding HR reporting
  • Close collaboration with payroll and other relevant interfaces
  • Implementation of people projects
  • Functional leadership and continued development of the People Experience team
  • Promotion of an open, learning-oriented, and innovative team culture

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies, and data-driven work
  • Experience in process optimization and implementing HR tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsibility for leading a team
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and openness to change
